Our Funders

This State Network is supported by a consortium of philanthropic funders coordinated by Grantmakers In Aging, including the RRF Foundation for Aging, and the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York. The Network leverages support from The John A. Hartford Foundation and its cornerstone investment in the #ActOnRAISE Campaign, an initiative to drive action on the National Strategy to Support Family Caregivers supported by more than 100 partners.

The State Network will also include LeadingAge LTSS Center @UMass Boston as an evaluation partner.

About the Caregiver Nation Network

The Caregiver Nation Network unites caregiving leaders across 10 states in a shared mission to improve support for family caregivers. NAC fosters collaboration and provides essential tools, including policy and media training, and data-driven insights from our Caregiving in the U.S. project, enabling state partners to champion impactful change for caregivers nationwide.
