Welcome to the Launch of the Caregiver Nation Network!

Welcome to the inaugural edition of the Caregiver Nation Network newsletter! We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the Caregiver Nation Network, an initiative by the National Alliance for Caregiving (NAC) aimed at uniting caregiving leaders across 10 states to drive impactful policy solutions and support for America’s 53 million family caregivers.

In this first edition, we are excited to share our press release and social media kit, which provide detailed information about the network’s objectives and how you can get involved.

We invite you to join us in this mission to strengthen our care infrastructure and ensure all caregivers have the resources and support they deserve.

The Caregiver Nation Network is a groundbreaking effort that links leaders from caregiver coalitions in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin.

This initiative is designed to foster collaborative learning, provide policy expertise, and offer access to critical caregiving data.

Our goal is to elevate the visibility of family caregivers and transform care systems to be more accessible and equitable.

The current supporters of this initiative, including the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York and RRF Foundation for Aging, showcase a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for aging individuals. Grantmakers In Aging (GIA) plays a pivotal role as the fiscal agent, bringing together a community of funders dedicated to advancing policies, programs, and resources that benefit the elderly population. Furthermore, the partnership with LeadingAge LTSS Center @UMass Boston as an evaluation partner underscores the commitment to ensuring accountability.
